1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the WP-Nexus website (wp-nexus.com), WordPress plugin, or marketplace services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

WP-Nexus provides a no-code application builder for WordPress, including a visual UI builder, database table designer, data pipeline editor, and a marketplace for sharing and distributing apps. Services are provided "as is" and may be updated or modified at any time.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing promotions or circumventing limits.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed annually. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades take effect at the next renewal.

Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable.

5. License

Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the WP-Nexus plugin on the number of sites allowed by your plan. The license is valid for the duration of your active subscription.

You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the plugin itself. Apps you build with WP-Nexus are yours — you own the content and data you create.

6. Marketplace

For publishers: By submitting an app to the marketplace, you represent that you own the content or have the right to distribute it. You grant WP-Nexus a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your app through the marketplace.

For users: Apps on the marketplace are provided by third-party developers. WP-Nexus does not guarantee the quality, safety, or functionality of third-party apps. Use them at your own risk.

We reserve the right to remove any app from the marketplace that violates these terms, contains malicious code, or infringes on intellectual property rights.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the plugin
• Use automated systems to scrape or overload our services

8. Intellectual Property

The WP-Nexus plugin, website, documentation, and brand are owned by WP-Nexus. You retain ownership of the apps, data, and content you create using our tools.

9. Limitation of Liability

WP-Nexus is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including data loss, downtime, or third-party app issues.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your license expires at the end of the current billing period and your apps continue to function but you lose access to updates and support.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
